The Party Committee of the School of Automotive Engineering of Shandong Jiaotong University relies on red resources to maximize the positive value of red culture for grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities. By studying the current situation of the integration of red culture into grass-roots party construction in the School of Automotive Engineering of Shandong Jiaotong University, this paper actively explores the realization path of the effective integration of red culture into the value of grass-roots work in colleges and universities.
